In the highly sought-after Résidence de la Forêt in Crans-Montana, this spacious 3.5-room apartment welcomes you year-round for a holiday combining comfort, nature and accessibility.
✨ The apartment's strengths:
Modern and well-equipped kitchen, open onto a bright living area
Balcony facing due south with an unobstructed and clear view of the Swiss Alps
ATTENTION: A half-level separates the living area from the sleeping area, accessible by 4 steps
1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200)
1 bedroom with two single beds
1 sofa bed in the living room, ideal for sleeping a child
1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet
Ski room, closed garage + outdoor parking space
⛷️ Winter: ski-in / ski-out – leave and return on skis, directly from the residence
🌿 Summer: a stone's throw from the most beautiful hiking trails and surrounding nature
Perfect for families, sports enthusiasts or mountain lovers, this apartment combines tranquillity, exceptional panoramic views and direct access to resort activities.
We wish to inform you in complete transparency that facade insulation work will take place from 20 May until 15 October 2026 on the north-facing side (rear) of the building. These interventions concern only the bedroom side and do not affect the south-facing facade, where you will be able to fully enjoy the balcony and terrace.
On the north side, the blinds and roller shutters have been temporarily removed as part of the work, but we have taken care to install blackout curtains to preserve your comfort.
